Los Pumas Finish With A Flourish

I missed the match completely, but Argentina continued where they left off on 7 September, with a comprehensive five tries to one demolition of France. The match finished 34-10 in favour of the Albicelestes.

  1. First off, a brilliant win by the Pumas that put an end to the old adage about the third place playoff, “the only game players don’t want to play”. Great passion, rugby, skill and pace. Shame it boiled over, I thought Paul Honiss didn’t put his mark on the game and let it run away a little. But three sin bins soon sorted that out! Well done to the Pumas and “mauvaise chance” to Les Bleus.

  2. Hopefully the Springboks will win .
